We provide chauffeured transport service for all occasion. Our services, include

  1. Where do we provide our services

 

We mainly operate in the Greater Boston area and its surrounding suburbs. However, if you are going from or coming to the Greater Boston area, then we service all of the New England area.

 

  1. How do I book your services?

  1. What vehicles do you offer, and what are its seating capacities?

    We offer,

Executive Sedan (Seats 3 passengers and holds 3 pieces of luggage)
SUV (Seats 6 passengers and holds 6 pieces of luggage)
Stretch Limousines (Seats 8 to 10 passengers)
Executive Vans (Seats 14 Passengers and 10 pieces of luggage)
26 Passenger Vans (Seat 27 Passengers and holds 16 pieces of luggage)

 

  1. How and where to find Drivers?

 

Airport Arrivals


We monitor the flight number you provide when you book our service. Once your flight lands at the airport, our chauffeur will call you and direct you to the limo parking area. The chauffeur will be there, holding a sign with your name on it.

For Logan Airport (Incase, you have an international no. or your phone is not working, then pls follow the direction to the limo parking area)

  • Terminal A: Meet your chauffeur outside the terminal on the ground level. Exit out door A102, go across 2 crosswalks to the Limousine loading area.
  • Terminal B: Meet your chauffeur outside the terminal on the ground level. Exit out door B102 or B113, go across the road to the limousine loading area.
  • Terminal C: Meet your chauffeur outside the terminal on the second floor. Exit out door C202, C203 or C204, cross three lanes of traffic to the limousine loading area.
  • Terminal E: Meet your chauffeur outside the terminal on the ground level. Exit out door E104, go across 2 crosswalks to the limousine loading area.

 

Please note :

Temporarily there's a constructions going on @ Terminal C so the pick up location for limousine pick up is @ central parking. Please take the elevator to level 3 cross an overhead bridge and again take the elevator to the ground level parking and its located across few streets next to app ride, marked in purple as limo parking.

 

  1. Greeter service and curbside pick-up.


Sometimes passengers prefer being received inside the terminal. In such cases, you can call us at +1 6174209286 and arrange a greeter service for an added cost. The greeter will meet you at the baggage claim area and escort you to the limousine loading area.

 

  1. Do you have minimum no. of hours for reserving for hourly services?


Yes, for our hourly service we have a minimum of 3 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends including Friday.

 

  1. When does the hourly rate and time start?


For our hourly service within the Greater Boston area, the time starts when the car arrives at your doorstep and ends at your final destination. For destinations outside of the Greater Boston area, the time starts and ends at our base in Woburn, MA.

  1. What type of payment do you accept?


We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

 

  1. Price and what’s included in it?

 

Our rates are calculated according to the distance travelled and or time taken. The rates we quote are flat rates, meaning that would be the exact amount we will receive either in cash or through your card. Since, last year our rates are inclusive of 7% fuel surcharge. There are no hidden or added costs to our quoted rates. However, this is applicable only through out, our state of Massachusetts and some of our neighboring states.Additional fees may apply if there are extra stops or wait time during rides. Rates are subject to change with notice.

 

  1. How is gratuity handled?

 

Gratuity for your chauffeur is at your discretion. Normally, 20% of your base rate is standard. If you prefer to add it your transaction, we would be happy to do it. Cash gratuities are always appreciated as well.

 

  1. Do you have a service for regular clients and corporate clients?

 

We offer memberships to our regular clients and corporate clients. They can access their past invoices and check their future rides etc. on our website. You can create an account with us by going to our home page and clicking on account. You can also call us at +1 6174209286.

 

  1. Safety and back ground of our drivers

 

All of our chauffeurs are certified commercial drivers, who have been selected after background checks for the safety of our customers. Our chauffeurs are amicable, polite and highly capable persons with minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience.

 

  1. What are your cancellation policies?

 

If you have made the reservations and would like to cancel then please let us know 24 hour prior to the pick up for sedans/SUVs and 7 days for Vans/Buses. If you fail to inform us then you will be fully charged for the ride. If the reservation was made on the same day and has to be cancelled then there will be no refund.
